Titans #22
A new arc begins here beginning with a flashback to Absolute Power and explaining it was Terra who restored and freed Deathstroke during Amanda Waller's reign of tyranny. Jumping forward, we don't get a confrontation between the Titans and their deadliest foe, instead we get the group (with Vanadia) looking over a crime scene where Nightwing reconstructs the events of a prison break ("Boy-Wondering" as Starfire calls it) providing the action of the issue in another series of flashbacks.
The main crux of the issue is to get Deathstroke back in the world and build up a new team whose members include Clock King, Mammoth, and the focus of the prison break Killer Frost. Being a Titans comic, the issue also delves into the relationships of various team members including Donna and Arsenal who appear to be on the precipice of a romance and Beast Boy who has some murderous intentions towards Slade Wilson.
