G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero – Silent Missions (Spirit)
Honoring the original “Silent Interlude” issue from G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero #21 from 1984, Image and Skybound are putting together a series of silent issue one-shots featuring different characters. G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero - Spirit #1 features Spirit and Freedom looking into mysterious disappearances in the forest which lead them to a Cobra (possibly Revanche?) factory in a cleared area in the middle of the woods.
Like all these one-offs, we get a story without any dialogue, this time highlighting the team's Native American tracker. The action of the issue features out hero fighting off a killer robot in the factory, with his best-friend lending a hand (so to speak). A bit like G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero – Beach Head #1, this one is likely only of interest to those in collecting all these silent issues or a big fan of this character in particular.
