Justice League Unlimited #5
Justice League Unlimited #5, which features several heroes including Flash, Green Lantern, Impulse, Star Sapphire, Wonder Woman, and Supergirl all disappearing and finding themselves fighting threats in some weird nightmarish dimension, is really a lead up to the issue's final panel (which, oddly enough, is given away on the comic's cover?).
There's some fun art here from Dan Mora highlighting the various characters in action (even if the costume choices on heroes continues to be a eclectic). The big reveal, of the return of the Legion of Doom (featuring a classic lineup Super-Friends fans are likely to enjoy), seems like it would fit into the the comic like Justice League Unlimited where the art really does help drive the story (and that's what you are really paying for in issue #5). Given that everything you need to know story wise is on the cover, however, this issue feels a bit skippable allowing you to jump into the villains' return next month.
