More suspects are crossed of the list. After quickly disposing of Bev (Molly Shannon), who ended the previous episode holding the podcasters at gun point, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez) turn their attention to the movie looking for new suspects. In "Adaptation" they also dismiss the screenwriter (Jin Ha) who was never much of a suspect but through that interaction they begin to take a closer look at the Brothers Sisters (Catherine Cohen and Siena Werber) who they discover have a connection to one of the Westies and the mysterious Dudenoff (Griffin Dunne).
"Adaptation" ends with another shooting, although our trio remain unscathed. "Blow-Up" is notable for its different setup, using various hand-held cameras and surveillance cameras placed around the to record conversations which are spliced together. The episode ends with more accusations from the podcasters only to discover the Brothers Sisters, like they, are shocked to learn Dudenoff met the same end as Sazz (Jane Lynch) and now the podcasters are solving two murders. Other memorable moments are the writer discover his suspects aren't quite a smart as he imagined them to be. the photo shoot, and the discover that Charles, Oliver, and Mabel have been the intended victims all along.
