While we get a few panels of the odd collection of villains hitting Tesladyne while Atomic Robo is away, incredulous over his absence and not really having a secondary target for their vengeance, and including a save by Dr. Dinosaur, most of Atomic Robo & The Agents of C.H.A.N.G.E. #2 follows events on the island where Atomic Robo learns the identity of the Agents of C.H.A.N.G.E. and what those he once considered friends are after.
A solid follow-up to the first issue featuring action and plenty of humor fans of Atomic Robo expect. We also get the save of the government scientist by Alan while Robo keeps the Agents distracted. However, now that the rogue scientists, who are revealed to have ties to Tesladyne and plan on using the stolen tech to help the world, have what they are after where do things go from here?
