The first part of A's plan to implicate the Liars in the death of Mona (Janel Parrish) is revealed as Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) stumble upon a storage locker filled with evidence which could be used to frame any or all of the Liars for the murder including an ominous barrel just the right size to house the missing girl's body. Given the fact that the locker was leased in her name it's likely Hanna (Ashley Benson) is going to have far more trouble in the near future than worrying about who her mother is sleeping with or might be offering her a marriage proposal.
Although their investigation into the locker provides valuable information allowing them to be ready for A's next move, Spencer's continued illegal snooping doesn't sit too well with Toby (Keegan Allen) who still hasn't forgiven his girlfriend for destroying the murder weapon. Meanwhile Aria (Lucy Hale) has her own drama to deal with as A continues to torture the Liar threatening to reveal to Ezra (Ian Harding) just how she got accepted into college. Of course she doesn't tell her boyfriend the truth allowing A to continue to hold something over her until at least next week.
Not tied to the larger drama, Emily (Shay Mitchell) spends most of the episode trying to come to terms with her break-up with Paige (Lindsey Shaw) and dealing with Ezra's latest hire who continues to get on her nerves. I'm a bit unsure what Talia's (Miranda Mayo) larger role might eventually be, or that of the Hastings' new tenant (Will Bradley), as the episode teases friendships with Liars but also leaves room for distrust and yet unseen motives. There's also the question of the blonde girl who leased the locker as Alison (Sasha Pieterse) seems far too easy a choice for a show known for enjoying more than its share of red herrings.
