Picking up directly following the events in "Empire Day," the Ghost is able to escape the Empire in the latest episode of Star Wars Rebels keeping Ezra's (Taylor Gray) old friend Tseebo, and the vast amount of Imperial knowledge rolling around his head, safe from the Empire. In order to buy time for the others to escape, Kanan (Freddie Prinze Jr.) and Ezra lead The Inquisitor (Jason Isaacs) and his Star Destroyer to Fort Anaxes where Ezra will have his first big breakthrough, and first huge misstep, as a Jedi Padawan.
Only by releasing his pent-up frustration towards Tseebo for the death of his parents, Ezra finally lets go enabling the two Jedi to control the vicious Fyrnocks and use them against The Inquisitor and his troops. Although they manage to play the part of decoy well, it's not without a cost as Ezra touches the Dark Side of the Force for the first time in his attempt to save his master. We'll have to see what what lasting repurcussions this may have (and whether or it not it may come to "dominate his destiny") as well as what Hera (Vanessa Marshall) learned of the true fate of the Bridgers and how it also might change the course of Ezra's life.
