Larfleeze #11

Setting the stage fro next month's series finale (sigh), Larfleeze finally catches up with Pulsar Stargrave and gets his butler back. In doing so the Orange Lantern walks right into a trap led by the House of Tuath-Dan who once again have underestimated the "orange monkey." Oh, and then there's that certain Green Lantern and the fact that the flighty (but insanely powerful) Sena the Wanderer is intent on marrying Larfleeze - whether he likes it or not. It ain't easy being orange.

Lots of fun to be had here with both Larfleeze and G'nort battle both each other (as G'Nort attempts to explain basic concepts to his fellow canine) and the gods from another dimension before deciding to create one hell of an awesome team-up leading into next month's final issue (sigh) of the title.

Although I'm not surprised that the title is going away, I am a bit sad as Keith Giffen and J. M. DeMatteis have managed to carve out some of their old school zaniness in this small corner of a must too gritty New 52 Universe. Worth a look.

[DC, $2.99]
