When someone begins phoning in fake 911 calls to lead members of 15 Division into dangerous situations Chloe (Priscilla Faia) is shot by a sniper and attempts are made on the lives of Andy (Missy Peregrym), Oliver (Matt Gordon) and Gail (Charlotte Sullivan). Detective Callaghan (Eric Johnson) arrives to try and help Frank (Lyriq Bent) and Swarek (Ben Bass) narrow the suspect pool and discover who is targeting 15 Division and why before anything else happens to another member of the squad.
As the rest of 15 Division hits the streets, including Nash (Enuka Okuma) partnering up with Steve Peck (Adam MacDonald), Andy finds herself stuck at the station after being grazed by one of the bullets that took down Chloe. While Chloe undergoes hours of surgery to save her life Epstein (Gregory Smith) anxiously waits at the hospital and runs into Chloe's old partner (Clé Bennett) who it turns out is also her ex-husband. Celery (Emily Hampshire) identifies Kevin Ford (Michael Cram) as the man skulking around Oliver's home who accosted her finally leading 15 Division to identify their attacker but not before he takes another member of the squad as a hostage.
The cliffhanger leaves Oliver at the mercy of a madman with nothing to loose as the show heads into its Fourth Season finale next week. The tension of events, and the fact that Gail was one of the officers under fire, forces Gail and Holly (Aliyah O’Brien) to admit their mutual attraction and forces several other couples closer together. Ford's actions threaten to expose Cruz's (Rachael Ancheril) obsession with the man including the altercation Andy and Swarek helped cover up leading into more potential trouble for Andy as the season comes to a close.
