Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - The Pulverizer Returns!

The ease with which the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have dispatched the Shredder's (Kevin Michael RichardsonFoot soldiers has forced The Foot to broaden its recruitment, even accepting someone like The Pulvirizer (Roger Craig Smith) as a member of the clan. Realizing something must be done, Shredder decides to try and use Krang technology to create better soldiers. Meanwhile, aware his students are becoming complacent, Splinter (Hoon Lee) forces the Turtles to swap weapons in an attempt to teach them resourcefulness and keep them focused and on edge.

Far more inept than usual, the Turtles get their butts handed to them by Dogpound (Clancy Brown) and the Foot who are stealing mutagen, forcing the foursome to switch back weapons and rely on The Pulverizer to provide them inside information about Shredder's plans to create a mutant army, starting with The Pulverizer himself. When Splinter learns that his students have disregarded his lesson he takes all the weapons from the Turtles forcing the Turtles to save their stalker unarmed. (Which when you consider The Pulverizer's life is at stake, is really kind of a dick move.)

Despite the Turtles' best efforts they are unable to stop Donatello's (Rob Paulsen) student from getting his wish of being mutated. Of course, I don't think being turned into a brainless jelly monster was what the would-be hero was hoping for. The episode ends with the mutated form of their friend finding a new home with the Turtles and the Shredder and Krang coming to an alliance to destroy the Turtles once and for all.
