Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell is the April cover girl for Teen Vogue. In her interview with the magazine Mitchell discusses what an honor it is for her to play one of the few young lesbian characters on television, how her sense of style is drastically different from the character she plays on TV, working with the Somaly Mam Foundation, leaving Canada after high school to work as a model in Bangkok and Hong Kong, the support of her fans, and learning to embrace her uniqueness.
