We've been hearing about director Joss Whedon's pet project, a new adaptation of William Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing featuring several Whedon regulars, for more than a year now. Filmed in black and white at Whedon's home over twelve days, the film stars Amy Acker and Alexis Denisof as Beatrice and Benedick. Nathan Fillion, Clark Gregg, Reed Diamond, Jillian Morgese, Fran Kranz, Sean Maher, Spencer Treat Clark, Ashley Johnson, and Riki Lindhome also star. Whedon's take on Shakespeare will finally open in theaters on June 21st.
