Okay, it may sound more than a little like Taken, but I'm willing to give anything starring Alexander Siddig a chance. Written and directed by Rubba Nada, a former spy (Siddig), whose daughter goes missing in Syria, is forced to return to Damascus and begin a search. Joshua Jackson, Marisa Tomei, and Oded Fehr also star. Inescapable opens in Canada in September but, as yet, has no scheduled theatrical release in the United States.
