Chuck Versus the Kept Man

Casey (Adam Baldwin) begins to feel like a kept man when Gertrude (Carrie-Anne Moss) returns to hire the team for what appears to be an excuse to vacation with her new boyfriend. Meanwhile Sarah (Yvonne Strahovski) begins to freak out, afraid that she might be pregnant. When the mission takes a far more serious tone both have to put away their issues to save their client, and the woman Casey loves.

In the episode's B-story Morgan (Joshua Gomez) enlists the help of Awesome (Ryan McPartlin) for a mission of their own. Jeff (Scott Krinsky) and Lester (Vik Sahay) have concocted an elaborate conspiracy fantasy that everyone working in the Buy More is a spy. Now Morgan has to find away to lead the pair away from their investigation before they discover that their wild fantasy is true.

Chuck (Zachary Levi) isn't given must to do here, other than obsess on his new C.A.R.E. package for Carmichael Industries and act oblivious to what his wife is going through, but the episode is a stand-out in allowing several of the supporting characters to shine. Jeff, Lester, Awesome and Casey all get more of a role here in storylines that not only carry this episode but will effect the remaining episodes of the season.
