Peter (Tim DeKay) and Neal (Matt Bomer) try to catch a talented young thief nicknamed "Robin Hoodie" (Hutch Dano) who robs from the rich and gives some of the proceeds to charity. More than one observer compares to talented thief to a young Mr. Caffrey.
Neal's decisions regarding a younger version of himself highlight his own inner struggles and how his view of the world has changed by working with Peter these past few years. He won't turn the thief over to Peter, but he does manage to talk the young man into doing something a brash young Neal Caffrey would never have considered.
Intermingled with this storyline is Mozzie (Willie Garson) and Neal's escape plans moving forward, but things take an interesting twist when Sara (Hilarie Burton) finds Neal's new passport. It will be interesting to see what ramifications her discovery has for their relationship and Neal's freedom.
A strong episode all around in which the main story highlights and mirrors Neal's own struggles and decisions. One of the best episodes of the season so far.
